Company Statement:
Micro Solutions was founded to provide all forms of technical computer assistance and expertise to individuals and companies in need. Micro Solutions currently provides assistance in design, purchasing, installation, training and support for a wide range of applications. Micro Solutions has made Microsoft products a large part of its resources. Micro Solutions writes custom applications for the microcomputer industries. We support and service hardware and software for most industries. Our company has extensive experience with troubleshooting complex problems, problem resolution, and general computer consulting. Custom Database Management Systems and AutoCAD systems are other areas where Micro Solutions has expertise. |
| Availability: Micro Solutions regular office hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. We maintain a voicemail system to answer your call only if we are on the phone helping other customers. We will attempt to diagnose problems over the phone to ensure that an on-site visit is necessary. Visits that start before 8:00 am and after 5:00 will be billed at 2 times our regular rate. We observe all federal Holidays. Calls on holidays will be billed at twice our regular rate, with a four-hour minimum. |
