Detailed List of Services

  • Priority response over Non-Managed services clients
  • Equipment Assessment (Computers, Monitors, Printers, Network)
  • Network Diagram
  • Equipment Setup Worksheets
  • Preventative Maintenance - Blow out system, Dust, Dirt, Fan Inspection, Air flow and Power supply. (Every 6 months minimum or sooner if needed)
  • Unlimited phone support
  • Unlimited IT consultations
  • Unlimited IT growth planning
  • Unlimited remote support
  • Unlimited on site support (including trip charges)
  • Unlimited “NEW” hardware installation labor (hardware must be purchased from Micro Solutions). Hardware must be added to Managed Services agreement or replace equipment already on agreement.
  • Disaster Recovery Backup (Client must be using Disaster Recovery backup software)
  • Backup job monitoring (via email)
  • Annual Domain renewal (does not include fees associated with renewal, usually $15.00)
  • Email account management (does not included fees associated with email service)
  • Computer, User, Password List (unless changed by user)
  • User, Email account, Password, List (unless changed by user)
  • Windows Updates, and Patches (within the same version)
  • Anti-Virus updates, and scans (does not include annual subscription fees)
  • Onsite visits to consult with users and check on any “issues” (at least once a month), with follow up to ensure issue resolution.
  • Status report of all service calls.
  • Other IT related Vendor communication to clients software, broadband, and low voltage cabling vendors. Client must provide letter of agency.
